The Pennsauken Education Association (PEA) represents 400+ members, including teachers, nurses, child study team, and guidance counselors in the Pennsauken Public Schools.
The PEA upholds the contracts the association negotiates with the board of education, and advocates for its members’ professional rights.
In addition, the PEA supports many projects and activities that benefit our schools, students, and community. Through the NJEA Pride program, we have funded EXAMPLES.
Studies show that strong professional associations such as the PEA effectively advocate for their students and communities. School districts with strong professional associations like the PEA also have better educational outcomes for students.
We are proud of the work we do in Pennsauken and we are proud to be a strong partner in public education!
